Coproriz Ntende Cooperative's poultry journey began uncertainly but flourished with ADC's guidance. Through consistent support and encouragement, a fragile idea transformed into a thriving enterprise. Today, both the cooperative and individual members proudly raise over 104,000 chickens, showcasing resilience, partnership, and the transformative power of strong counsel.
As a result of Covid 19, COPRORIZ-NTENDE Cooperative experienced a crisis like other commercial establishments, but in partnership with ADC, we were able to obtain a 20m grant aimed at boosting the Cooperative performance in the operations following donor assessment of Cooperative resilient during the crises. This could not have been achieved if it was not ADC support in establishing sustainable financial and operations systems.
ADC's financial advisory and training were game-changers. We now run QuickBooks Online with clear, accurate data, boosting efficiency and compliance. This transformation empowers smarter decisions and stronger profitability. Thank you, ADC, for turning our financial management into a true driver of success.
